After using the product for visitor and gate management, this reviewer finds it simple and efficient, particularly appreciating the quick QR check-in and smooth host notifications. The initial setup may be challenging for new users, and some advanced reports could offer more flexibility.
View Full ReviewBeyondBoxAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. builds business software for Indian companies. Founded in 2021 and based in Noida, we sell five products rather than custom development projects. VizPass is visitor and gate management for factories, warehouses and offices. Klok is an HRMS and payroll platform with PF, ESI, PT and TDS built into every run. AssetAI is a CMMS for manufacturing plants, where operators report breakdowns by scanning a QR with no login. RiseAI ERP runs projects, measurement books and billing for infrastructure and real-estate contractors. Kooba is library management for schools, colleges and public libraries. One rule runs through all of them: the AI drafts, a person confirms. Nothing is saved until someone approves it, and every confirmation is on an audit trail. Applications, databases and backups are hosted in Mumbai, India. Every product has a free trial with no card and no implementation fee.
