Best notes is the fourth software of this type that I have used at various agencies. Best notes is the simplest software I have ever used. It is easy to navigate and makes my job easier. The format for notes is simple and time saving. I feel like this program has enabled me to do better notes which serves our customer base easier. The treatment plans are simple and straightforward. They don’t have a whole bunch of different categories where you have to say the same thing in five different ways. I would recommend this software to any agency. The company is easy to reach if you have problems, and you can immediately get someone on the phone instead of having to put in troubleshooting tickets and wait. I love this software!
