It's a great tool but what I appreciate most is the excellent support of the Beehive AI team! They are responsive and enthusiastic to improve their platform to better fit my workflow or help me set up a dashboard. The tool itself is easy to use and excellent for a thematic analysis of user feedback, like CSAT, NPS, or Social Media comments, including analysing change over time. My quant-y stakeholders appreciate the numbers.

Before, we'd have to read hundreds and hundreds of comments from open-ended consumer feedback, and then analyze and pull these into top themes ourselves, which could take hours. Now we can just easily drop in open-ended data from an Excel export and have Beehive analyze top themes for us, while we work on validating and fine-tuning the insights. This is a huge time-saver and Beehive has been very accurate in my experience! You can also compare data across segments, which has been helpful for analysis, and though I haven't utilized it too much, you can now chat with an AI agent to get answers to your question. Love that Beehive is innovating to make getting insights faster and easier! The support team has also been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues / answer any questions.
