The best part of Beebole, I believe is flexibility and how easily we can modify reports according to our need. We've been using it to mainly understand the time recorded by different departments on different projects and we've been able to tailor it particularly to our need. Any issues we faced, we've been able to resolve with their customer support, who are very responsive through chat and also open for a meeting. We've also had calls with the team seeking possible opportunities for integration with our existing applications, which we understand is possible and will be looking to get that done next.

We get accurate reports of employees' time spent on different projects within the company.
