Intuitive Platform with Engaging Features and Excellent Support

|Beauceron Security
The portal for end users is easy to navigate, and logically laid out. The gamification of Risk and Engagement scores helps to keep users interested in using the platform long term. Their training library, while not expansive, contains excellent content. The Analyst tool is easy to use and definitely helps to speed up triaging reported suspicious emails. They listen to user feedback, and take feature requests seriously, many of my suggestions have made it into the platform.
