Transforming Ideas into Visual MasterpiecesExtremely Positive Experience, with a SmoothPrimary decision-maker and daily project overseer.
There are very few downsides, since my overall experience has been extremely positive. The initial onboarding process did take a bit of coordination, and having more out-of-the-box configuration guides would make it even quicker and easier to get started.

Effortless Design Collaboration with Seamless In-Document Feedback
Their system allowed for easy feedback on each iteration of the design. I loved that I didn't have to download a .pdf file and add commentary in the margins like I have to do with some design teams. Instead, it was easy to make my comments right in the document where it is visible for the whole team to see and comment on.
