I've used PhraseExpress for about 7 years and it has been a huge time saver. I have many shortcuts to quickly type out templates and responses to support emails, frequently asked questions, troubleshooting steps, steps taken and many more. Be sure to take advantage of the macro features like automatically inserting dates etc.

Pricing was reasonable, if only it was honest. The software itself works, just be cautious that you are not actually paying for a real lifetime license.

It is very easy to use and configure. It is free and open source platform so everyone can use this software. Phrase Express integrates a multitude of handy features which help you automate repetitive tasks, and you may categorize text snippets into different folders, assign abbreviations in any program, auto-complete phrases, access your Clipboard items, and correct spelling mistakes.
