The most appropriate thing about BackBox is that it guards our infrastructure, backing up all network devices automation. When it comes to the management of IT systems, I was involved in the process of manual backups that were costly in terms of time, and in some cases, the configurations were lost. BackBox offers a scheduled backup, a versioning facility and automated restore which is a massive relief.

My favorite feature of BackBox is the manner in which it looks after repetitive network tasks in an organized manner. The implementation process was not disruptive because it was seen as controlled. We have connected it to ServiceNow and our alerting systems within the company so that changes and backups are synchronized. I spend almost every day on the platform, which demonstrates how it is an important part of my everyday life. I use it day by day to support configurations throughout routers and security appliances, a level of manual intervention is minimized.
