The greatest benefit of this software to me is that it eliminates the aspect of repeating the same network activities again and again. Setting up configurations was tedious, but currently, I can count on the functionality of automation. The features related to scheduling of tasks are sufficient to my requirements. I also combine it with SolarWinds that helps in keeping things in check. It has made my daily work to be more structured and easy to handle.

One of the things that I like about BackBox is that it assists in avoiding misconfigurations of our network devices. Our online retail IT setting is full of routers and firewalls that have to be constantly updated and the platform is perfect in ensuring that any change is documented and backed up. With alerts and versioning and data provided by SolarWinds and incident tickets provided by ServiceNow we have the opportunity to identify problems before they can impact service.

The most appropriate thing about BackBox is that it guards our infrastructure, backing up all network devices automation.
