Ghugi handles the last step of payroll: getting each payslip into the right employee's inbox, securely. It doesn't calculate pay — your payroll software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, BrightPay or Moneysoft) or your accountant produces the PDFs, and Ghugi delivers them. Drop in the batch and Ghugi matches every payslip to the correct employee automatically — by hashed National Insurance number, filename, or text inside the PDF — flagging anything low-confidence for a human check before it sends. Every payslip goes out AES-256 encrypted and locked with the employee's date of birth, so a misdirected email still can't be opened. Emails send from your own mailbox — Google, Microsoft, SMTP or a verified custom domain — not a generic vendor address, with templates you can brand. Each send is recorded in a searchable audit trail showing delivery and bounce status, useful for GDPR and HMRC record-keeping.
