Fast Response, but Overpriced Support and a Nightmare Sage Intaact Onboarding

Their response time is pretty good, but again they charge by the second and the service is over priced. The technical support can be hit or miss as well, meaning I had an issue which chq printing on Sage 300, it’s still unresolved but not worth paying to get it fixed as everything is EFT these days.

The best software with the best implementation and seamless integration.

The best part of this project was that the promises we had made were made. We acknowledged and fulfilled all our requests and aspirations. The team passed all facets of our execution and implementation to ensure we understood completely what was going on (testing and results!). Both the accounting process and the CRM, which made our team comfortable, are highly well known.
