We were using a competitor and switched to Digitalsero for several reasons. It saved me a significant amount of money for our use case, the UI is much better, it's easy to use and integrate, and customer support was exceptional. In fact, I was able to book some time with Alex, the founder of Digitalsero to answer some questions I had. He was happy to take my feedback and is incorporating some key features into the product that will make it a no brainer option. He took the extra step to accommodate some things I needed right away to make the product work for me while they were finishing up releasing some new features.
