Ease of use and DDMRP logic of the software

Using B2Wise as our DDMRP software provider, we have gone on to win x3 international & domestic awards (x2 CIPS & x1 SAPICS) for our work on DDMRP! B2wise is a DDMRP specific application, providing a great translation of DDMRP theory into reality. The benefits of the software is that its built specifically for DDMRP, providing visibility of the buffer profiles / setup and easily can route cause the “why” around the messages – unlike other software’s which have converted from MRP to DDMRP lacking clarity and visibility. The ability to customize views streamlines the work of a Planner allowing them to focus on exceptions & set daily tasks. Moreover we are able to grab data from the Datamart has allowed us to generate dashboards to drive improvements based on performance over time. It’s also worth mentioning that B2Wise also provide top-quality training (Demand Driven & DDBrix) in addition to the software which helps close the gap between old MRP ways of working and new DDMRP. Working with B2Wise I have completed x5 certifications & became a DDP Instructor (thanks to Alan @ B2Wise on that one!).
