A very smooth and easy to use EDC software with amazing technical support and willingess to adapt

The support staff is phenomenal. They are always willing to help with any issue and even discuss workflows. The teams is continuously improving and taking feedback from the clinical sites to make the EDC as effective and efficient as possible.

Great user experience

I like Fusion because everything is located in the one portal. You can find the protocol, training slides, newsletters, IB, central IRB documents, source, and the edc all with logging into one site. It is easy to navigate and user friendly.
