Free and Server Level Statistic Tool

|Awstats
I am pretty impressed at how Awstats shows the bandwidth used by a certain visit as we are on a limited bandwidth server. It also records IP addresses of visitors and with this, you can opt out or block unwanted IP's with any 3rd party firewalls. You can also see bots and blocked them on your firewall.

Good Additional Analytic Tool

|Awstats
I like how Awstats track visitors at server level, and not adding any additional weight to your website, thus not slowing down your website. Awstats just give out basic analytical stats compared to other analytical tools but its simplicity is really clean looking and all the data are easy to read.

Good Statistics Tool (Server Level)

|Awstats
Awstats takes stats at server level. This is a good option as you will no longer add any script to your website which can add a slow down to your site. Awstats is a good additional tool to compare your analytics with another analytics tool that you have installed on your site to better check where your visitors are coming from or are bots, especially bad bots are hitting your site.
