Apart from just learning, it is vital to practice evaluating your skills and coaching. We utilized Awarathon for the video roleplay feature as it is a lot more feasible and comes in handy with offerings that matter the most. Right from practice to assessment to reporting, it includes everything essential for our team's growth. Our team is learning faster, confident and grasping things at a better rate as compared to earlier. The entire coaching and learning process is now automated with Awarathon's platform enabling us to save time, cost and effort.

We used the platform for our HR requirements. It includes - hiring new sales reps and medical associates, training current employees and perform assessments for performance checks. The product demo and tech support provided by team Awarathon were so detailed and easy to understand that we never had many concerns. After using Awarathon, our work was automated to a better extent, and our team always had the extra time to strategize and think about other things for the company and brainstorm on different challenging situations. Awarathon acts as a learning and practice resource for our team. The features like scorecard and leaderboard acted as a guide for our teams to evaluate their performance and improve. These features [scorecard and leaderboard] were very insightful and action-driven to boost work performance.

Our sales and marketing team says - Awarathon is the best platform!

The fundamental reason we are opting for Awarathon was our sales department. So, our sales and marketing team could evaluate the performance for verbal and non-verbal pitch parameters. Some of the best things we enjoyed are MCQ and video roleplay. The other exciting and engaging features like gamification, mobile support and real-time updates were majorly used by our team. Awarathon is excellent, especially for identifying and improving product and knowledge gaps and enabling us to save a lot of time and effort after our sales coaching. So, we could know how well our sales training and sales coaching program worked for our teams.
