Before we had AutoRFP, we used Google Sheets to collaborate and write answers. A lot of time went into reinventing the wheel every time we responded to an RFP. AutoRFP saves us a lot of time suggesting answers for each question. The model just gets better and better as we use it more and train the model. It's very easy to set up a bid team and collaborate. A concrete feature that has helped us respond more accurately is that it tracks if you have responded to all parts of the question by scoring it 0-100.
