Best exchange portal with lots of flexibility
-clients are notified of any outstanding documents which was requested
-confirmations can be sent automatically with a special date
-document structure can be transferred to the next year
-adding and removing folders
-download possibility for data backup
-various flexible options such as two signatories for confirmations
-several processors from client as well as auditor side
