Great Tool for CRO

One of the things I like most about Klevu is how intelligent and customizable their site search is. It doesn't just show basic product results, it actually understands shopper intent and shows relevant suggestions, even when the search terms are a bit vague or misspelled. It feels like having a smart personal assistant guiding users through the store. I also really appreciate how easy it was to integrate with our e-commerce platform, and the analytics dashboard is quite helpful for tracking what users are searching for and where we might be missing opportunities.

Reliable Platform That Helped Us Scale

What I like best about Searchspring is how straightforward it was to implement and start seeing improvements. We used the platform on both BigCommerce and Shopify, and in both cases the setup was smooth and the performance was solid. It gave us immediate control over how products appeared in search, and tools like weighting and merchandising pages helped us shape the customer experience in a way that felt aligned with our business goals. For a growing business with a large catalog, this gave us a much more polished and effective customer experience than the default search from BigCommerce and Shopify. Our rep Matt was always very responsive and easy to work with, consistently following up and making sure we had what we needed, which made the overall experience with Searchspring even better.
