AssetOS is a maintenance management (CMMS) platform for organizations that have outgrown spreadsheets for tracking their equipment, vehicles, and other physical assets. At its core, it lets teams keep a central record of every asset — its details, location, and full maintenance history — schedule and track preventive maintenance, manage work orders from creation through completion, and handle incoming maintenance requests through a built-in service desk/inbox. Spreadsheet and legacy system migration — a purpose-built import tool maps years of messy spreadsheet or legacy maintenance history into clean, structured asset and service records, so switching systems doesn't mean losing history or re-entering years of data by hand. Field technician mobile app — an offline-first mobile app with QR code scanning lets technicians look up asset history and log completed work from the field, even without a live connection.
