Client portal/CRM experience is great, wish we could bill elsewhere.
We love that our clients can communicate with us on one platform, pay bills, upload files, etc. and stay in the know about their projects.
Another amazing thing is that they are constantly upgrading the features. They have recently rolled out an AI app-builder that can be customized to your team and clientele.
One flaw of the system is the integration with Stripe. This would be better for us if we could bill through Quickbooks, since the Stripe platform is far more expensive than Quickbooks for processing fees.

I like using Assembly because the messages and client portal features stand out to me. I can save documents and share files, and they are all in one place, making it easier to find. It's also easier for my clients, and we can message each other with an instant trail.
