It makes communicating with our clients much easier and more straightforward. Every client gets their own workspace, and their assistant works with them inside it, so nothing important ends up buried in a personal DM thread. The API is the other reason I stay. Our weekday sync pulls new customers out of HubSpot and creates the company and client records in Assembly on its own, so onboarding an account is not data entry anymore. We have around 49 active client accounts running through it and I have not had to babysit any of it. Its great value to be able to provide superior customer service at near instaneous speeds to our clients.

Secure, Customizable, and Supported Well
I appreciate Assembly for its security and the comprehensive features it offers. It is a safe environment that integrates nicely with our website. The customizable forms allow us to tailor processes somewhat specifically for our clients, making information gathering logical and straightforward. Additionally, the support provided when we encounter issues with the portal is pretty solid. Once I got the hang of it, setting up Assembly was fairly easy, and now with some new features, we continue to improve it to make it as solid as possible.
