Easy to use platform and good quality respondents
The setup is quick and easy, even for non-researchers. Fast turnaround. The participants are generally highly engaged and articulate. The customer support team is already on hand either via chat or email to support with any queries.

The Askable team are always great in ensuring my study has enough participants, either during the planning stages or during to check up if all participants have attended.
The ability to give report or give feedback on participants is also a great feedback loop.

Great experience when recruiting for and conducting moderated user testing and user interviews.
My experience on Askable is limited to moderated research methods, and I found Askable to have great facilitation/scheduling tools, a good panel of users (I have recruited users via Askable but also conducted studies that were self-recruited), and lastly great customer support when I needed to review the panel I reached for my studies. Overall I would recommend Askable as a great platform to conduct UX research.
