Great for keeping track of donor history

I like the notes feature - the ability to keep notes as I am talking with and meeting donors, but also the ability to upload files (newspaper articles, PDFs of thank you notes, etc.) in the notes field. The donor profile screen has the right information for what we need. I can quickly find last gift amount and date, as well as lifetime giving amount.

The service and the fact that I can access Beyond it from anywhere.There recent short on line classes help reinforce features that you don't use often and may forget the how tos and other great ways of using the program.
