Armor Managed Detection and Response (MDR) is a managed security operations service that provides 24×7 threat monitoring, detection, and human-led incident response across an organization's full environment, not just endpoints. Armor MDR extends visibility across the entire attack surface by ingesting and correlating data from endpoints, networks, cloud infrastructure, productivity tools (Google Workspace, O365), IAM/SSO, CASB, source control, databases, IoT/OT, containers, and network flow analysis. Organizations can use their existing EDR, FIM, IDS, and vulnerability scanning tools. Armor's service layer sits on top, providing the detection, correlation, and response that point tools alone cannot deliver. Armor's SOC analysts monitor, investigate, and respond to threats around the clock. AI-assisted triage automates data correlation and accelerates decision-making, while human analysts lead every investigation and response action. Core capabilities include proactive threat hunting, custom detection rules with ML tuning, custom SOAR integration, cloud-native SIEM, and custom dashboards and reporting. Armor MDR includes specialized offerings for Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and connected operational technology (OT) environments. Compliance management is built in, with automated control mapping to HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST, NIST, GDPR, and DFS 500. Every detected threat, SOC action, and asset status is visible in real time through the Nexus Portal. Armor Enterprise Cloud (AEC) is a managed private cloud platform that combines dedicated infrastructure with integrated security operations and compliance automation for organizations running regulated or mission-critical workloads. AEC can be deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Armor's own infrastructure. Customers select the underlying cloud; Armor manages the security, compliance, and operations layer consistently across all platforms. The platform includes 600+ pre-built security controls automatically mapped to HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, TX-RAMP, and Data Privacy Framework requirements.
