The ability to create clear, standardised process models (BPMN/EPC) and maintain everything in a centralised repository is a real strength. It makes complex business workflows easy to understand and communicate across teams. The combination of process modelling and analysis is the most helpful part for us. We can not only design workflows, but also analyse them to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
