I like Arcade for its ability to record and share an interactive showcase of the features I work on. It's especially useful for demoing features to my team, and I appreciate that it's free and has a simple initial setup.

Setting it up is super easy and getting up to speed takes just minutes. The platform helps reduce the need for setting up calls and efforts around demos, and it reduces the resources needed to share knowledge about our solutions.

I use Arcade to create short video guides for our Help Centre, and it's a fantastic tool for quick product storytelling, connecting use cases to features without needing loads of text or a well-edited video. It's also super easy to show users what I'm talking about when we're not on a call. I love the ease of use; there's loads of tools or micro features, but I never feel overwhelmed or confused about what to do. The UI explains itself. Setting up Arcade was very easy for me, as I was already familiar with similar tools like Chrome capture.
