Safeguarding records sit in a separate workspace with role-based access. ARC flags events that may need a Regulation 40 notification and supports Regulation 44 independent visits and Regulation 45 quality of care reviews. AI can draft write-ups, which staff review and sign off. Data is hosted in the UK. Pricing is per home by registered beds, with unlimited staff accounts.
