AppZen is a gamechanger.

I like that I can set up audit rules in AppZen for the system to verify thereby minimizing the time I would spend in reviewing a report. I also like how easily the system can flag a duplicate across the platform.

AppZen is a very easy tool for expense audits.

There are many things I feel are great about AppZen, this is a program we use everyday and it integrated with Concur with no problems and implementation was painless. I love how it is looking at the receipt level for items out of policy. This is something that would be nearly impossible to do manually unless I increased headcount. I also like that when reviewing reports that did not automatically pass, it takes you right to the problem and highlights it so you do not have to dig for it. AppZen has saved us so much time and we have found many expense report errors that have saved us from mispaying employees. Our account rep is wonderful and is always available for questions and guides us through adding more policy audits when wanted.
