We've been using AppTec for two years. Previously, we were utilizing JAMF. We enjoy that AppTec allows us to handle several clients with a single login. AppTec has grown to the point where resources are available for nearly every major app or workflow. This implies that if you want to accomplish anything, it's likely that materials have already been posted. If there aren't, assistance has been quite useful. We also completed ACE certification, which helps maintain credentials for the Apple Consultant network. We've taken the course twice (certifications expire after two years) and have been pleased with the development AppTec has made in their product both times. AppTec has many upgrades planned that will make it easier to manage our clients' Macs. They have also simplified their UI, which helps.

AppTec makes it easier for us to maintain full control over the iPads we supply to our staff. iPads can no longer be returned to me. I can't get in because a setting was changed or a password was added that I can't modify. I am also really happy with the client service! They had to reschedule with me twice due to scheduling conflicts, and they ended up having to assist me on the holiday. He stayed on the phone with me for 1 1/2 hours to ensure I understood what I was doing and that all concerns were resolved. He was patient, clear, and explained everything I didn't know or understand, as well as answering all of my questions
