I used Appointwise when it first launched—the concept was great, but there were a few issues that meant we had to revert to manual booking. Since then, it’s clear there’s been a lot of investment and development. We’ve recently re-launched on the new 7.0 version, and the results so far have been amazing. You have so much control over the AI that it’s virtually impossible to tell it’s not a real person! I’m excited to roll this out across all my clients and see how much better the results get.
