Best Tool for Tracking features and ranking

AppFollow is reasonable prices and also helped me at ABB to manage customer reviews and answer them promptly. The CSAT and LTV features allowed me to retain customers and grow customer satisfaction. Creating reports with AppFollow is very simple, and it provides well structured information. It helps create automatic tags based on the information provided, and it allows to create and add own tags when required.

I like that AppFollow provides a stable platform that helps track different information about customer opinions on our applications across different platforms, it automates a variety of tasks to know more about customer satisfaction and it helps organize all the metrics to know what the users think about the efficiency of our applications. Creating reports with AppFollow is very easy too, and it provides well structured information about trends that are present in our data, and customer satisfaction, and it helps create automatic tags based on the information provided, and it also allows us to add our own tags if something is missing.
