I've been using Apitally for a while now and it has become an essential part of our stack. A few things really stand out: Clean and intuitive UI/UX — The dashboard is refreshingly simple. Everything is where you'd expect it to be, and you can get the information you need in just a few clicks, without digging through endless menus. Effortless integration — Setting up Apitally took just a few minutes. The documentation is clear, well-structured, and the step-by-step tutorial makes onboarding painless, even for someone new to the tool. Fair and transparent pricing — The pricing is very reasonable considering the feature set. You get a lot of value compared to other API monitoring solutions, with no surprises. Responsive and helpful support — Whenever I've reached out, Simon has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It really makes a difference when you can rely on the people behind the product. Performance — nothing to complain about — From what I've observed, Apitally has no noticeable impact on backend performance. The middleware does its job quietly in the background without slowing anything down. AI / Intelligence — not tested yet — I haven't had the chance to try the AI-related features yet, so I can't comment on them. Overall, Apitally hits the sweet spot between simplicity, capability, and price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a no-nonsense API monitoring solution.

Apitally is an absolute joy to use. The interface is so streamlined and intuitive I'm jealous I've never managed to come up with something that great. It gives me just the simple per-consumer/per-endpoint metrics overview I need for a morning glance without sacrificing the ability to do deep dives when necessary. The built-in uptime and Apdex/error alerts are incredibly useful, too. We switched from our own hot mess of ELK/Prometheus/Grafana after getting tired of wasting hours into building dashboards that never turned out quite right, and were instantly delighted with what we found in Apitally after adding a mere five lines of code to our backend (yes, that's the whole setup). I also want to point out how impressed I am with Simon's support, who implemented a feature within hours after we requested it on the public SDK repo.
