The team in &Open really took the time to understand our brand, our needs and our gifting goals. They cultivated several gifting options and even designed some bespoke pieces for our top-tier options which all really reflected our brand. Historically we'd reserved &Open for our more expensive upper-echelon gifting opportunities, and the fact that they not only provide that, but are expanding into some of the equally important and transactional 'swag' level options is great, and means we can displace other vendors we've had to keep until now. The end-user experience &Open strive for makes sure that your customers are already primed for a delightful experience from the get-go. Such a good brand.
