It's simple. I love that a client has 1 running agreement with all the services we do that's easy to amend. It's also very intuitive and easy to learn how to use with minor training, which has been a huge contrast to prior proposal software I have used that required hours of training to learn, setup and adopt. I love the way it looks visually, and creates a beautiful looking proposal to send a client that is easy on the eyes. Additionally, they get a portal they can go see their agreement, what services they are signed up for, etc. I also appreciate their open API which has given us the flexibility to work on automations for our firm.
