The new Anaplan engine polaris has come up which is a step up to include natural dimensionality and enable to encompass larger and sparser datasets for improved performance and also the onset of AI agents like Comodeller are really beneficial tools to support model building and improve time to market with best practices

I have been using Anaplan for over five years across a range of workstreams, including budgeting, headcount planning, open role management, regulatory work, and more. I find Anaplan’s ability to consolidate large volumes of data invaluable for creating a single source of truth and producing enterprise-scale reporting. It also enables me to run large scenario calculations quickly, which is essential for our operations. Anaplan’s high-performance calculation engine is a standout capability and something I rely on heavily. Over the last year, I’ve also noticed meaningful improvements in reporting, especially with the release of combined grids. This has been a major help, as there is now a stronger focus on enhancing the tool’s cosmetic and formatting capabilities for generating clean, well-formatted reports—something I genuinely appreciate. Finally, I see a lot of promise in the comodeler anaplan native AI, and look forward to continued improvement in that area.
