User-Friendly Compliance Tool with Room for Device Compatibility Improvements
I like the user interface of Amiqus for both the client filling out information and the back office website for reviews; it's really easy to use. It's great that everything is stored in one place, making it easy to access and see if further information is needed. I can then use the interface to request more info without hassle. I also appreciate that with Amiqus, the clients can input their own information, which was a lot more manual with our previous product. I find it very efficient, especially since Amiqus is continually adding improvements and upgrades, making it better over time. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief.

Effortless to Use with Impressive Features
Ease of use, implementation and features. The integration of the system tracking the candidate's progress requires improvement as sometimes it's not updated at all as we do not see the actual progress, and we do not have time to review each candidate individually. Customer support is friendly and helpful but not as fast as we would expect.
