I have found Alooba to be both a useful tool for automation and insightful for analysis of prospective candidates. It is without a doubt that I will support the usage of Alooba for future hiring rounds; in my team and other parts of our organization. This is a tool you should use early and frequently in managing your technical assessments! My initial impression as a job applicant was positive and I sought it out as part of our hiring strategy. Much to my immediate relief, the founder replied directly and got us going. Fantastic customer service! The off the shelf assessments are another way to save time and easily implement. I also really liked being able to swap questions more applicable to my role target in place of the default ones. I really like the analytics on the assessments, particularly the 'awareness' feature. In a techincal field it's nice to know who underestimates their ability relative to peers and may possess a growth mindset.
