I really like the interface of Aline AI; it's great to use. I appreciate that they're constantly working on new features, and their customer service and support have been stellar. The updates have been beneficial, allowing us to speed up our processes and create playbooks efficiently. Also, the setup was super easy, and the implementation was very efficient and quick, which was a big plus. Aline AI has greatly enhanced our team's efficiency and workflow.

We've been floored by how great their support has been. The playbooks are also really good because they prevent us from missing important steps. Additionally, I find the reporting function super intuitive and quick, making it much easier to analyze contracts and terms. This not only simplifies answering questions about contracts but also speeds up the process of pulling required information when it comes to renewal terms, MSAs, and termination policies. It's a lot faster and more efficient than our old methods. Setting up Aline AI was also very simple and quick, taking less than a day, which was fantastic.
