Impressed with Alexi after a lot of AI-fatigue

It is user-friendly, and the ability to organize different matters and upload relevant documents for context-based inquiries/answers is so helpful. The answers are concise and on-point, and a very good starting point for a lot of legal inquiries. We use it almost exclusively for legal research at the moment. Customer support has been excellent and responsive, and it was so easy to set up. It seems to be the easiest program to have integrated office-wide.

Incredible valuable tool

I have used Alexi for over one year. The product has continued to improve over time. Initially, it prepared legal research memos only. It still produces legal research memos, but the quality of the memos has greatly improved. Alexi now allows users to upload documents and to ask questions/prepare answers based on the uploaded documents (for example, to prepare a chronology). Alexi has become an almost invaluable part of my practice that I use virtually every day. I consider it to be a high-quality ChatGPT interface to answer all forms of legal questions.
