Alertus has easy to implement capabilities to manage and control virtually every possible modality of communications in an emergency. It is simple and intuitive to use. Our experience with their support services is A+. When we contact them we have prompt resolutions and connect with experts from the onset. Yet we've had few needs for support as the software and equipment has had no significant issues. It does a good job for desktop alerts, and automating weather alerts was relatively painless. If you have a simple setup with without or with very few integrations and very little granularity then this is a good solution. Implementation support is good, but gets held back by bugs and other issues with integrations and the software itself.
