A Great All-In-One Platform, with Minor Friction Points

Having client records, visit documentation, and caregiver care logs all in one place makes compliance review much more manageable. I work in QA for a large I/DD in-home care provider, and being able to pull care logs for a specific client and date range lets me check documentation against service plans and build progress reports without chasing down paper notes or separate systems.

Innovative AI, Strong ROI, and Supportive Onboarding with Flexible API Integrations

AlayaCare's innovation, and use of AI features are top of the list for me. The pricing for one of the best features (Alayaflow staffing and Visit Verification) has one of the most foolproof ROIs you could ask for, only charging for successful execution. The Alayacare team was and remains incredibly supportive throughout the onboarding process with a large and knowledgeable team. Lastly, they have the open API which provides a path for integration of any platform, as well as a robust list of partners that they have APIs in place with.
