AKOOL works well for internal communications. It’s easy to turn company updates into videos, and the avatars help ensure a consistent delivery each time. The videos can also be reused across different teams, which makes sharing information simpler. When something changes, updates are quick to apply, and overall internal communication feels more engaging.

When a client asks for a variation—whether it’s a different language, a different presenter, or just a new opening line—I can usually turn it around the same day instead of quoting a fortnight. That’s genuinely changed the way clients talk to us. They’re now asking for things because they know it’s feasible, which puts us in a far better position than constantly having to manage expectations downward.

We use it to send clients videos when something goes wrong—explaining how the claims process works, what documentation we need, and what the timeline looks like. In a stressful moment, a calm, clear video does more than a policy document ever could. The multilingual output also helps: a client who doesn’t read Spanish well can get the same explanation in English. Since we started using it this way, we’ve seen fewer escalated calls about claims.
