I like the flexibility of the program and the fact that it's very user-friendly. I do use the search criteria and am able to find qualifed candidates for state or city and send email or text from the same location.

It is a user friendly especially for new employees to grasp amd get to the point that they can effectively use it.

Fairly straightforward and has the basic functions of an ATS. Good for staffing or third-party recruiting teams.
