Easy set up, multiple IoT devices connected without any problem. The platform is stable. The dashboard configuration is quite easy. The UI is understandable, supports multiple devices, integration with the Swisscom LORA network makes it a huge plus. The technical support is available and proactive. I did not use any of the rules for the data though. I'm on a free plan, but I would say that the first upgrade is a bit expensive for our purpose. I would appreciate a basic plan for less than 100 CHF. I did not use any IA capabilities so I don't have anything to sa in that respect.

For me, one of the best things about Akenza is that the platform is easy to use and everything just works! There are easy workflows that you can customize (e.g. an off-the-shelf gateway connected to your recently purchased sensor which then pushes all of your collected data via API or email). And the workflows are built with "connectors." Everything is self-explanatory and there is a lot of documentation. I built a custom LoRa device that I was having trouble setting up and the Akenza team helped me set up best IoT practices and is always available when I need them. I've been with Akenza for about 1.5 years and have been sending data from 8 devices for the last year.

The configuration is simple to manage because of the WiFi provisioning procedure. The remote control layout is impressive for its ability to control multiple devices and apps.
