Poor customer success and not friendly for small companies so moving to Stripe
I like that Airwallex has lower fees than Stripe. It also integrates into Osome, which we use for incorporating our company and for accounting.

Worse Customer Service with Airwallex
Airwallex is a bit more flexible than Shopify Payments when living abroad from the country of the business. The initial installation of Airwallex was easy.
