Easy, Smooth and User Friendly Software & Superb Customer Service

|Afton Tickets
The customer service is top notch. We have utilized numerous ticketing software companies, but Afton has been above them all in areas of customer service, hands on help with larger events or new staff, sufficient amount of units, chargers and accessories. If an item acts up, they are on top of it to get it swapped out or fixed. Quick responses and alway answer the phones for help during an event. The event reconcilation report is great. It gives more breakdown than what I need, but better to have more than not enough. Very easy and user friendly interface for event building.

Makes life so much easier!

Afton Tickets doesn't just provide a great software platform, their team is so helpful and quick to respond. They get an A for ease of use on the software side and an A in customer service! It's nice to be able to contact a human without waiting for someone to respond to a support ticket or make you go through the AI robot first.
