The Affinisio PIT Suite is compliance automation software for the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. It brings together three connected modules designed in line with regulatory requirements: Affinisio(IDD), which maintains the database of designated persons, their immediate relatives and material financial relationships; Affinisio(SDD), a structured digital database certified for regulatory compliance that records each sharing of unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI), with its senders, recipients, time stamps and audit trails; and Affinisio(ETT), which handles employee trade pre-clearance, trade monitoring, holdings tracking and exception reporting. The suite comes in variants for listed entities (CLE and PLE Series), for intermediaries and fiduciaries such as merchant bankers, investment advisers, portfolio managers, research firms, credit rating agencies, alternative investment funds, law firms and audit firms (CIN and PIN Series), and for mutual funds and listed intermediaries (PRO Series). It is deployed on the organisation's own premises or in its own private cloud, so the data stays with the organisation, and it is used through web, desktop and mobile. Integrations include SSO, LDAP, Graph API and MFA; the organisation's own mail servers; HRMS; NSDL and CDSL holdings through an RBI-regulated Account Aggregator with OTP-based consent; registrar BENPOS data; and trading systems such as Bloomberg and order management systems.

Affinisio(SDD) is a structured digital database for compliance with Regulation 3(5) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. It is certified for compliance with the SEBI PIT regulations and records the nature of each piece of unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) shared, who shared it and who received it, with time stamps and audit trails. Users log entries as sender, receiver or central point of contact, including group entries to several recipients, using UPSI descriptions set by the compliance officer. Every party is notified by email when an entry is logged. Information barriers and project-based deal teams limit who sees what. The compliance officer can close the trading window and notify designated persons from within the application, and can export reports ready for a SEBI inspection. Prime variants add information barriers for intermediaries, zero-touch email capture of UPSI communications, alerts for unrecognised senders or receivers, UPSI super-grouping, an optional approval workflow for entries made on behalf of others, bulk upload of historical data and post-facto PAN updates. As Regulation 3(5) requires, the database is never outsourced: Affinisio(SDD) runs on the organisation's own premises or in its own private cloud, and Affinisio never has access to the UPSI. Affinisio(RPT) is software for managing, approving and reporting related party transactions. It keeps a central register of related parties, with each relationship tracked at a point in time, and maps reciprocal relationships and group ownership hierarchies across legal entities, including directors, promoters, key managerial personnel and their relatives. Integrated with ERP and accounting systems (SAP, SAP HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Tally, with two-way sync) and, for banks and NBFCs, with core banking and loan management systems such as Finacle, BaNCS, Flexcube, FinnOne Neo and Lentra, it identifies related party transactions and routes them for approval, for example to the Audit Committee. The primary system can be configured to hold a transaction until approval is confirmed by Affinisio(RPT). Affinisio(RPT) also tracks use against omnibus approvals and flags when limits near, applies materiality thresholds and records arm's-length assessments. Reports run by related party, transaction type or period, including the statutory forms MBP-1, MBP-4 and AOC-2 and Ind AS 24 disclosures. Regulations covered include Regulation 23 of SEBI LODR, Sections 188 and 189 of the Companies Act, 2013, Ind AS 24 and the RBI's directions on lending to related parties.
