The competitor tracking, hands down. Being able to see where we're getting cited versus the other guys — and actually spotting sites that mention a competitor but never us — has been huge for figuring out what to write next. Setup was painless too, I just dropped in our domain and it pulled our brand, competitors and topics on its own instead of making me build a bunch of stuff from scratch. And it checks across a few different AI engines, which honestly I'd never keep up with by hand.

The competitor side is where I spend most of my time. It shows where I’m strong and where I’m weak versus competitors on citations, and it highlights the content gaps. That makes it easy to see which sources are citing them but not me, and what I’d need to publish to close the gap.
