Addigy - great player, still have a little ways to go

Price for sure - paying daily helps. The team is super responsive to help. I know some people thik that's not true - but they are at a loss b/c it is 100% true.

Great feautures!

Even though it is not really needed due to the number of solutions available it is great to have VNC access with Addigy's Live view wherever in the world the computer is and you don't need to get the user to enable screen recording to use this feature to assist them. Sometimes though, they need assistance and they don't know it, thankfully you know with the monitoring alerts that are available and if you have not added or created an auto remedy script then you can use the Live Terminal feauture to SSH on to the Mac, again no matter where it is in the world and no need for prior setting up. You just connect.
