We have started using ActZero MDR sometime before I started working here. During the time I've been here, I have found the ActZero team to be fast, precise, and with a high attention to detail. The ActZero portal contains all the information I need to keep my systems safe and vulnerabilities patched. The portal is very easy to use, and provides a deep look into my environment. Our team uses the portal daily. Our account manager is always ready and willing to meet on a moment's notice, and we have scheduled meetings monthly. Anytime any activity outside of the norm is noticed, they are quick with an email for smaller issues, or a phone call for higher priority security events. The software is easy to install on endpoints, and can be pushed out via GPO or manually. The Falcon sensor is lightweight and unobtrusive and provides insight into its host and the host's traffic, all while being unobtrusive and easily integrated into our environment. I would highly recommend ActZero to anyone looking for MDR.

I like that i get to make suggestions and they trust me as a security engineer enough to work with them to make alerts and response better.
